The Bloggers’ Market

Hello Lovelies!!

Last Saturday I found myself in London for the #nyLDNmeetup (post to come shortly!). Seeing as my bus arrived a couple of hours before the event started me and a few other bloggers (Kayleigh and Sophie) went along to The Bloggers’ Market. It was hosted by Liv (one of my all time favourite bloggers!), Carrie, Lucy, Kristabel and Dunya. Held at Camden Foundry, it was in the most gorgeous location. So rustic and beautiful. The Foundry is located in the Stables Market and I was really sad to have to dash around Camden as there were so many intriguing shops there and SO MANY potential photos to be taken. I will definitely be returning there the next time I am in London… watch this space!

The Girls had each put together a stall bursting full of their clothes, handbags and shoes ready for us to buy! There were so many amazing things on sale at such good prices. I will show you at the end of the post what I went for!

It was lovely to finally meet Liv, the beautiful face behind whatoliviadid, and she was so so nice! Liv’s blog is full of beautiful photographs, gorgeous clothes and the best lifestyle posts… my biggest blogspiration! She had made some Banana and chocolate bread… naturally I bought myself a slice!

I wish I could have spent more time at the Foundry. There were cookies in jars that looked so delicious and cocktail names that sound equally fabulous. How cute do these cupcakes from Lena Rose Bakery look too?! I really regret not having any of these things now but I guess it gives me an excuse to go back!

I think The Bloggers Market was such a good idea and I really hope they decide to put something similar on again! Thank you girls 😀 So here is what I bought: This gorgeous little pixie dress from Liv. I just love the collar and the colour is amazing. The nude bag is from Liv’s stall too. It was just £4! I love it. It will definitely come in handy when organising my spring wardrobe. (The first photo isn’t great but it is the only one that shows the dress in full!)

I bought this gorgeous velvet dungaree dress from Carrie’s stall. Isn’t it gorgeous! I have been wanting to get something velvet for a while so I can’t wait to wear this.

With our purchases we also received a Lord and Berry lipstick. I chose this gorgeous shimmery, nude colour because I am obsessed with anything with a hint of radiance and shine! It is a very natural colour, just the kind of thing I like to wear on an every day basis.

Also from Carrie’s stall, I bought one of her original inkings. They are just so beautiful. Seeing as I am obsessed with anything Paris related at the moment as I will be going there for my 21st, I bought the ‘Paris’ one!

I can’t wait to start wearing my new purchases and I am pretty impressed that I managed to get it all for under £25! Keep your eyes peeled for follow up posts 🙂
